合并与非合并边缘型人格障碍抑郁症患者的比较研究

A Comparative Study on Depressive Patients Concurrent and Non-concurrent with Borderline Personality Disorder

目的比较合并与非合并边缘型人格障碍(BPD)抑郁症患者(MD)的一般资料及其相关因素的差异。方法采用自编一般资料调查表、贝克抑郁量表(BDI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对30名合并BPD的MD患者、30名非合并BPD的MD患者施测。结果共病与非共病组在生源地、婚姻、受教育年限无显著差异(P>0.05),在年龄(t=18.02,P=0.000)、性别(χ2=8.483,P=0.005)、抑郁首发年龄(t=38.24,P=0.000)、抑郁发作次数(t=13.22,P=0.000)、自杀次数(t=13.89,P=0.000)有显著差异,用贝克抑郁量表(BDI)、SCL-90评估抑郁症状无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论合并与非合并边缘型人格障碍的抑郁症患者在临床上的差异值得进一步探讨。

Objective To compare the general information and relevant factors of depressive patients concurrent or non-concurrent with borderline personality disorder.Methods A total of 30 concurrent patients and 30 non-concurrent patients were assessed by self-compiled background information questionnaire,BDT and SCL-90.Results There were no significant differences in region,marriage,educational situation,and significant differences among age,gender,starting age and depressive attacks.No significant differences were detected by BDT and SCL-90.Conclusion The characteristics of concurrent group and non-concurrent patients deserve more intensive studying.
