武警官兵自我效能感与应对方式的相关研究

The Correlative Study of Armed Policemen's Sense of Self-efficacy and Reply Manners

目的探讨武警官兵自我效能感与应对方式的关系。方法对625名武警官兵进行了一般自我效能感量表和应对方式的调查。结果①武警官兵的自我效能感总体状况良好;②武警官兵使用最多的应对方式是解决问题,其次是求助;③男性官兵的一般自我效能感显著高于地方男大学生,而女性官兵的一般自我效能感与地方女大学生没有显著差异;④通过相关分析武警官兵一般自我效能感与应对方式的各因子总分相关程度很高,其中解决问题和求助与自我效能感显著正相关(r=0.29,0.13;P<0.01),自责、幻想、退避、合理化与自我效能感显著负相关(r=-0.21,-0.18,-0.16,-0.17;P均<0.01)。结论应对方式是影响武警官兵自我效能感的重要因素。

Objective To explore the relationship between armed policemen＇s sense of self-efficacy（SSE） and reply manners.Methods The investigation of GSES and CSQ to a total of 625 armed policemen.Results ①The armed policemen＇s SSE is good as a whole.②The most common reply manner of armed policemen were solve issues and seeking help.③The male armed police had better SSE than male college students,while the female had no significant differences with the female college students.④By analyzing,the armed policemen＇s SSE was highly correlated with reply manner factors.Resolving issue and seeking help were positive correlative with SSE（r=0.29,r=0.13;P0.01）.Remorse,fancy,retreat and rationalization were negative correlative with SSE（r=-0.21,-0.18,-0.16,-0.17;P0.01）.Conclusion Reply manner is an important influential factor to armed policemen＇s SSE.
