卡特尔16种个性因素量表测验在空乘人员选拔中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的结合卡特尔16种个性因素量表(16PF)测验因素分与答题时间、作答选项一致率进行一次空乘人员选拔,并验证这种方法的有效性。方法应用型多项心理测评仪呈现题目并且记录每人每题的首次按键时间、最后松键时间、答题中间有无修改、最后答案4个参数。结果总时间与作答选项B的比例呈显著负相关(r=-0.243,P<0.01),与作答选项C比率呈显著正相关(r=0.266,P<0.01);选项A比例与16PF因子的怀疑性、忧虑性、紧张性、适应焦虑型、心理健康因素呈显著相关(P<0.05)。选项C比例与16PF因子的有恒性、怀疑性、忧虑性、适应焦虑型、心理健康因素、专业成就因素呈显著相关(P<0.05)。选项B比例与聪慧性因子负相关显著(r=-0.26,P=0.004)。结论 16PF测验因子分结合答题时间、答题一致率可以有效的提高测验的效度。 Objective To select flight attendants by factors of 16PF tests combined with reading time,consistent rate of answer,and verify the effectiveness of this method.Methods The DXC-Ⅵ psychological evaluation apparatus was used to present the subjects,and the time on the first touching and the final leaving the key,recording the answers whether modified and the finally answer were recorded.Results The total time was negitively correlated to the answer B significantly(r=-0.243,P0.01),and positively related to the answer C significantly(r=0.266,P0.01).The proportion of option A was related to the factors of anxiety,suspiciousness,tension,adapting to the anxiety and mental health factor significantly(P0.05).Option C was related to suspiciousness,anxiety,adapting to the anxiety factor,mental health factor,professional achievements factor significantly(P0.05).Option B was negative related to and intelligent factors significantly(r=-0.26,P=0.004).Conclusion Factors of 16PF tests combined with reading time,consistent rate of the answers can effectively improve validity of test.
