综合心理干预对远岛守卫战士心理健康的影响

Effects of Integrated Psychological Intervention on Mental Health of Remote Islands Guarders Joined the Army

目的研究综合心理干预对远岛守卫战士心理健康影响的效果。方法在干预前运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和一般情况调查表进行调查,干预后用心理健康调查表(PH I)和一般情况调查表进行调查。综合心理干预用心理健康教育、团体心理训练、个别心理咨询及治疗等方法。结果经过综合心理干预后远岛研究组战士存在心理障碍的人数比对照组明显要少;差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.452,P<0.01),综合心理干预后远岛研究组战士在PH I7个临床症状量表上的得分有6个比对照组要低,其中在抑郁、焦虑量表上与对照组差异具有统计学意义(Z=-2.784,-2.026,P<0.05)。结论心理综合干预能够减少远岛守卫的战士心理症状,减少产生心理障碍的人数。

Objective To study the effect of integrated psychological intervention on mental health status of garrison soldiers in remote island.Methods before intervention,to apply the questionnaire SCL-90 and general questionnaires,after intervention,to apply the questionnaire PHI and common mental questionnaires.survey to the garrison soldiers in remote island and control group.apply mental health education and group psychological training and individual psychological consultation to integrated intervention.Results After integrated psychological intervention,psychological disorder numbers of remote islands guarders joined the army less than control,the difference had obvious statistical signification（χ2==6.452,P0.01）,and the score of 6 clinical symptom scales of remote islands guarders joined the army less than control,the depression scale and anxiety scale of remote islands guarders joined the army less than control,the differences had obvious statistical signification（Z=-2.784,-2.026,P0.05）.Conclusion The integrated psychological intervention can reduce psychological symptom and numbers of mental disorder of remote islands guarders joined the army.
