摘要
目的探讨医生及护士职业倦怠状况及其影响因素。方法随机选取护士486人,医生161人,施测军人职业倦怠量表;对收集的数据进行描述性分析、t检验、回归分析。结果医生和护士在成就感、躯体化维度上得分存在显著差异(t=2.142和5.263,P=0.033和0.000);影响医生职业倦怠的因素包括付出与回报满意度、性别、独生子女,影响护士职业倦怠的因素包括付出与回报满意度和受教育程度。结论医生和护士职业倦怠状况不同,护士群体较容易出现成就感和躯体化问题。
Objective To explore the difference of job burnout and its influencing factors between doctors and nurses.Methods A test with the Chinese Job Burnout Scale for Military Personnel was carried out on the doctors and nurses selected by random cluster sampling,then employing SPSS statistic 17.0 program for data analysis by using t-test,correlative analysis,stepwise regression analysis.Results There were significant differences between the doctors and nurses on the scores of the sense of achievement factor and the somatization factor(t=2.142 and 5.263,P=0.033 and 0.000);the regression analysis revealed that factors of "satisfaction on pay and return","gender" and "who were only child or not" had significant influence on the doctors' job burnout but "satisfaction on pay and return" and "cultural level" according for the nurses' job burnout.Conclusion There are differences between the state of the doctors' and nurses' job burnout,and the problems of the sense of achievement and the somatization seems to be easier to appear in the nurses.
