摘要 目的了解初中生自我概念的年级与性别特点及其与成就动机的关系。方法采用自我描述问卷(SDQ-Ⅱ)、成就动机量表(AM S)对济宁市1所中学的173名初中生进行测查。结果①初中生的自我概念年级差异不显著(F=1.064,P>0.05),男生自我概念显著高于女生(t=5.275,P<0.01);②不同自我概念水平的初中生,在成就动机上存在显著差异(F=23.354,P<0.01);③除外貌自我外,自我概念的子量表与成就动机的各因素有显著正相关,而且诚实可信、与异性关系等子量表对追求成功的动机、避免失败的动机、成就动机有显著预测性。结论初中生的自我概念有显著的性别差异,初中生自我概念越高,其成就动机也高,诚实可信、与异性的关系等自我认识对成就动机有重要影响。 Objective To study self-concept of middle school students and its relationship with achievement motivation.Methods A total of 173 middle school students were tested by SDQ-Ⅱ,AMS.Results ①The middle school students' self-concept showed no significant difference among three grades(F=1.064,P0.05),The boys' self-concept was more positive than girls'(t=5.275,P0.01).②A significant difference in achievement motivation was found among groups of different self-concepts(F=23.354,P0.01).③Self-concept of sub-scales and achievement were significantly positively correlated except appearance self.Honesty-trust worthiness and opposite sex relations predicted achievement motivation,motivation of pursuing success,motivation of avoiding failure remarkably.Conclusion The self-concept of middle school students exists significant gender difference,The students with higher level of self-concept have more positive achievement motivation,especially honesty-trust worthiness and opposite sex relations,are important factors that influence achievement motivation.
