摘要
目的探讨自我控制、学习适应与生活满意度的关系。方法采用大学生自我控制量表、大学生学习适应量表、生活满意度问卷对205名大学生进行调查。结果在自我控制和生活满意度上性别差异不显著,在学习适应上性别差异显著(t=3.783,P<0.001),女生好于男生;在这三方面不存在显著的专业差异和年级差异,但在一些因素上差异显著;自我控制对学习适应有显著影响(F=11.709,P<0.001),自我评价、学习动机对生活满意度有显著的预测作用(t=2.675,P=0.008;t=2.442,P=0.015)。结论提高自我控制水平和学习适应程度有利于生活满意度的提高。
Objective To expolre the relationship among self-control, study adaptation and life satisfaction of college students.Methods College Students Self-control Scale,Study Adaptation Scale and Life Satisfaction Questionnaire were used to test 205 college students.Results There were no significant sexual differences in self-control and life satisfaction but significant sexual differences in study adaptation(t=3.783,P0.001),girls were better than boys;There were no significant subject and grades differences with the espect but significant differences in some factors;College students' self-control had significant effects on study adaptation(F=11.709,P0.001),self-evalution and study motivation could predict life satisfaction effectually(t=2.675,P=0.008;t=2.442,P=0.015).Conclusion Improving self-control and study adaptation are benefit to promote life satisfaction.
