重组甘精胰岛素注射液致过敏反应1例 被引量：2

摘要 病例：患者，女，67岁，于2011年3月9日因“多尿、多饮数年，加重一月”收住入院。既往有高血压病5年余，血压最高达180／110mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），平素服用“尼莫地平”，血压控制不详。体格检查：体温36．7℃，脉搏76次／分，呼吸20次／分，血压160／100mmHg。神志清，精神尚可。皮肤黏膜未见瘀点及瘀斑。
