摘要
目的观察2型糖尿病患者呼出气冷凝液(EBC)中氮氧化物的改变,为诊断2型糖尿病肺损害提供新方法。方法试验共纳入36例2型糖尿病患者和31名健康者,用Rtube收集器收集EBC,用分光光度法检测EBC中氮氧化物(NO2^-、NO3^-、总NO2^-/NO3^-),同时记录肺功能。结果2型糖尿病患者EBC中NO2^-、总NO2^-/NO3^-浓度水平高于健康对照组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);2型糖尿病肺功能第1秒用力呼气量(FEV,)占预计值%、肺一氧化碳弥散量(DLCO)、DLCO占预计值%比健康对照组降低(P值均〈0.05);2型糖尿病组EBC中NO2^-的浓度及总NO2^-/NO3^-与FEV1占预计值%、DLCO、DLCO占预计值%有相关性(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论EBC中氮氧化物在2型糖尿病肺损害的发病中起重要作用。
Objective To observe the changes of nitrogen oxides in the exhaled breath condensates (EBC) of patients with type 2 diabetes,and to provide a new method for the diagnosis of lung injury in type 2 diabetes. Methods 36 patients with type 2 diabetes and 31 healthy people were recruited. The pulmonary function tests were evaluated. Nitrogen oxides in EBC were measured by the spectrophotometry and nitric oxide assay kit. Results The concentrations of NO2^- and NO2^- /NO3^- in EBC of type 2 diabetes patients were higher than those in healthy group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). FEV1%pred, DLCO and DLCO %pred of type 2 diabetes patients were lower than those of healthy group (all P 〈0.05). The concentrations of NO2^- and NO2^-/NO3^- in EBC of type 2 diabetes patients were relative with FEV1% pred, DLCO and DLCO % pred ( P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions Nitrogen oxides in EBC may play an important role in the pathogenesis of the lung injury of type 2 diabetes patients.
