肺曲霉菌病是曲霉菌侵入肺组织所引起的深部真菌感染性疾病，以烟曲菌为主要致病菌。主要发病于免疫缺陷患者，其临床表现无特异性，确诊依赖病理检查。早期诊断困难，治疗效果差，病死率高。近年来，该病在诊断和治疗上取得了很大的进展，现将其综述如下。

Pulmonary aspergillosis is a disease of invasive fungal infections which is characterized with diagnostic difficulties and high mortality. The incidence of pulmonary aspergillosis has increased dramatically during the last two decades. On the same time, the antifungal agents have also markedly developed. This article reviews the advances of diagnosis and treatment for pulmonary aspergillosis.
