摘要
介绍空间碎片超高速碰撞试验方面的研究进展,主要包括:试验能力、在航天器部件和防护结构方面的超高速碰撞试验等。在试验能力方面,发展了8序列激光阴影照相技术,为瞬态撞击过程监测提供了有效手段;在超高速碰撞试验研究方面,开展了温度对Whipple防护屏弹道极限的影响研究、铝合金板的超高速撞击碎片云特性研究,以及舷窗玻璃、压力容器、舱外航天服、模拟电子设备等的超高速碰撞试验,获得了相关试验件的撞击特性。
The advancement of hypervelocity impact tests in the past year at the Hypervelocity Ballistic Range Laboratory of HAI, CARDC is introduced in this paper, including test capability, the hypervelocity impact test on spacecraft and shield configuration. In the aspect of test capability, the eight sequence laser shadowgraph technology has been developed, which can record the transient impact process. In the aspect of research on hypervelocity impact tests, the temperature effect on ballistic limits of Whipple shields, characteristic of debris cloud generated by impact the aluminum alloy plate, hypervelocity impact test of glass, extravehicular space suit and satellite electronic box have been carried out, and the hypervelocity impact characteristics of these test articles are obtained.
