摘要
生物质常温开模压缩成型块状燃料技术是制造生物质成型燃料的技术之一,比加热成型技术和常温闭模成型技术工艺更加简化,生产过程更加节能。开模成型套筒的直径长度比参数为设计过程中的关键因素。通过对生物质的常温开模压缩试验,推导了物料与成型筒之间摩擦力分布规律、直径长度比值参数。对致密成型的侧压力、摩擦力分析结果表明,试验结果与理论分析结果一致。
The technology of room-temperature opening-mold extrusion forming is one of the forming technologies of biomass.Compared with heat forming and room-temperature closed-mold forming,craft of opening-mold forming is simpler and production processes are more energy-efficient.The ratio of the diameter and length parameters of open molding sleeve is the key factor in the design process.The distribution of friction between the material and forming tube,the ratio of diameter and length parameters were derived by the experiment.The results of the analysis of lateral pressure and friction of compaction process showed that the theoretical results agreed with the experimental ones.
