摘要
根据工程实际需求,设计了一种适合销类零件进行单剪和双剪的剪切试验装置,并利用该装置对进口安全销和自制安全销的静剪切强度进行测试,通过观察断口、比较测试数据,证明了该套试验装置的实用性。
According to the actual project demand,the paper designs a shear test rig that is suitable to single and double shear of pin type parts,and conducts the static shear strength test of imported and self-made safety pins using the rig,proving the practicability of the test rig via fracture observation and data comparison.
