介绍了Mecanum轮的运动原理,同时以CosmosMotion软件为基础,对万向叉车装配的Mecanum轮的运动过程进行了仿真分析,进一步掌握了Mecanum轮的运动特点,并获得了Mecanum轮本体及小滚轮的承载曲线,为后续的力学分析和结构设计提供了原始数据,对提高万向叉车的整车性能具有一定的指导意义。
The paper describes the Mecanum wheel movement principle,and applies simulation analysis to the movement of the Mecanum wheel which is assembled on the universal forklift based on CosmosMotion software,thus further to understand the movement characteristics of the Mecanum wheel and obtain the load curve of the Mecanum wheel and the small roller,providing the subsequent mechanical analysis and structural design with original data,and being helpful for improving the vehicle performance of the universal forklift.
