摘要
在保证大型卷板机上梁结构力学特性的前提下,对上梁结构进行了简化,建立了有限元模型。通过对该有限元模型进行自由模态分析,得到上梁的各阶模态频率和振型,为动态设计提供了参考。对不合理结构进行优化设计,以提高上梁本身的固有频率,使上梁结构刚度更趋合理。总结提出提高结构模态频率和振型的措施。
Under the premise of ensuring the mechanical properties of upper beam in large rolling machine,the paper simplifies the upper beam structure and establishes the finite element model.Via the free modal analysis of the finite element model,the paper gains the modal frequencies and vibration modes in various phases,providing dynamic design with a reference.Also,the paper optimizes the design of unreasonable structure found by analysis,to improve the natural frequency of the upper beam,so that the structure stiffness of the upper beam becomes more reasonable,and offers measures for improving the structure modal frequencies and vibration modes.
