摘要
在虚拟样机及有限单元法等数字化技术的基础上,对旋转小车方案进行虚拟动力学检测和整体结构的力学分析。通过对旋转小车主动轮压和被动轮压的动力学检测,及时改进了旋转小车的设计方案,并对新方案进行了有限元整体结构的力学分析。先进的现代化数字技术在现代机械设计中得到了很好的运用。
On the basis of digital technologies such as virtual prototype and finite element method,the paper carries out virtual dynamics test and overall structure mechanics analysis of the rotating trolley.Via the dynamics test of the driving wheel pressure and the driven wheel pressure,the paper timely improves the design scheme of the trolley and applies mechanics analysis to the overall structure with finite element method.Advanced modern digital technology is fully and well applied in the modern mechanical design.
