呼吸道分泌型IgA研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 人体粘膜是病原微生物等抗原性异物入侵机体的主要途径,机体近50%的淋巴组织分布于粘膜系统。粘膜相关淋巴组织（Mucosal-associated lymphoidtissue,MALT）是发生局部特异性免疫应答的主要部位,MALT中的B细胞多为产生分泌型IgA（SecretoryIgA,SIgA）的B细胞,
