海西建设背景下高职院校人才培养工作评估探析

Exporing the Estimation of Talents Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Backgroud of Hercynian Building

开展人才培养工作评估对高职院校加强建设、深化改革、规范管理、提高质量起着直接的推动作用。当前,福建省正在加快建设海峡西岸经济区,必须进一步有效推进人才培养工作评估,以此指引高职院校健全人才培养机制,促进高职教育更好地适应海峡西岸经济区建设和产业发展需求。

Developping the talents cultivation assessment plays a direct role in strengthening the construction,deepening reform and standardizing management and improving quality of higher vocational collleges.At present,the construction of the economic zone on the western side of the Taiwan Straits has been sped up in fujian province.The article will thoroughly discuss how to further promote the talents cultivation assessment effectively in higher vocational colleges,and aims to guide the higher Vocational Collleges to solve the problems in talents training system and promote higher vocational education to adapt well to the economic construction and demand for industrial development in the economic zone on the western side of the Taiwan Straits.
