面向科技服务型企业的信息能力研究

Research on Information Competency of Scientific and Technological Service Enterprises

通过对科技服务业的现状和特征进行梳理,指出了信息能力对科技服务的支撑与提升作用,进而提出了面向科技服务型企业的信息能力评价指标体系。接着用层次分析法计算指标权重,并采用DEMA-TEL和交叉增援矩阵法对权重进行修正。最后依据得出的权重与指标间的关系,就提升科技服务型企业的信息能力给出了具体对策建议。

Firstly, this paper analyzes the status and feature of science and technology service industry, points that information competency can support and upgrade science and technology service level, constructs the evaluation index system for the information competency of the scientific and technological service enterprises by Analytic Hierarchy Process Method. Secondly, it corrects the index weight by DEMATEL and Cross-weighting Matrix Method. Finally, it gives the concrete proposals and measures for scientific and technological service enterprise to enhancing information competency, based on the weight and logic relationship between the indexes.
