组织中心型关系模式、创造性工作氛围与员工创造性 被引量:7

摘要 依据组织氛围相关理论,分析论证了创造性工作氛围对组织中心型关系模式与员工创造性之间关系的中介作用,探讨了创造性工作氛围与内在动机之间的关系。并以534名来自我国10家企业的员工为样本,运用层次回归分析方法,分析得出:创造性工作氛围与员工创造性正相关;组织中心型关系模式下的创造性工作氛围相对于其它关系模式而言,表现最高;创造性工作氛围对组织中心型关系模式与员工创造性之间的关系具有中介作用;作为组织中心型关系模式与员工创造性之间关系的两个中介变量,"内在动机"和"创造性工作氛围"之间具有正向互动关系。最后,讨论了研究结果的理论意义和实践意义。
