摘要
为解决卷烟生产中烟用丝束的张力平衡问题,在现有升降机结构基础上,设计了一种叉式升降机.运用分层法对所设计升降机的各层剪叉臂进行了受力分析,发现随着结构层数的增加,升降机的驱动力成倍增长.应用有限元分析软件对升降机的剪叉臂进行了静力分析,显示其强度足够.分析总结了所设计叉式丝束升降机的特点.
To find solutions to tension balance of tow for tobacco during the production of the cigarette,on the foundation of existing elevator system,one kind of fork elevator is designed.By use of layering method,state of force on each scissor assur-group is analyzed,and the fact that,with the increasing of structure level number,the driving force for elevator increases doubly is found.Utilizing the finite element analysis software,the static analysis of one scissor rod is accomplished.In the light of driving force calculated,drive mechanism of elevator is chose,and the strength of screw is verified.The design features for fork tow elevator are analyzed and summarized.
