摘要
针对目前广泛应用的机床功能部件滚珠丝杠螺纹曲面误差检测方面的不足,设计了滚珠丝杠螺纹曲面非接触测量系统,包括整体测量方案、硬件设计和软件设计。系统硬件主要由试验台、电机控制系统和数据采集系统组成。系统软件以Visual Basic为开发平台,实现数据采集、处理和存储。系统采用高精度非接触位移传感器,采集实际螺纹曲面数据,分析数据,计算螺纹参数误差并保存结果。该系统测量可靠,精度高,自动化程度高,为提高滚珠丝杠产品性能提供了有参考价值的检测手段。
In view of the detection deficiency of the thread profile errors of ball screw as the machine function components widely used today,the design of non-contact measuring system for the thread profile of ball screw is introduced in this paper,including the overall measuring scheme,hardware design and software design.The system's hardware mainly contains the test-bed,motor control system and the data acquisition system.The system's software is developed to realize data acquisition,processing and storage based on Visual Basic.The high precision non-contact displacement sensors are adopted by the system to collect the data,of the actual threads profile.By analyzing the data thread parameter errors are calculated and the results are saved.The system has high reliability,high precision and high degree of automation,providing valuable detection means in order to improve the product performance of ball screw.
