基于机器人快速制造粘土类陶瓷原型工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对快速制模技术中的快速制造原型问题,分析了原工艺中两次翻制的弊端,提出了新工艺,并指出了新工艺中的关键问题。对新工艺中粘土坯料的粗加工,加热固结及精加工进行了分析,针对粗加工中的粘土软质材料的切削,提出了合适加工参数,提出了对粗加工后原型先升温后保温的干燥固结制度以及针对精加工中的陶瓷脆性材料的崩豁现象,提出了可行方案。同时在ABB机器人公司提供的仿真软件RobotStudio软件中进行了加工仿真,并进行了零件加工实验,验证了新工艺的可行性。 For rapid prototyping of Rapid tooling technology,the paper analyzed the drawbacks of two reproductions in the original process,proposed a new process and pointed out the key issues.In the new process,roughing,heating consolidation and finishing of clay blank were analyzed.For soft materials of clay cutting in the roughing,presented the appropriate processing parameters,for consolidation,presented drying system and for collapse exclusion phenomenon of in the finishing,proposed a feasible solution.At the same time processing simulation was executed in RobotStudio software provided ABB Robotics,and parts processing experiments was carried out to verify the feasibility of new technology.
