摘要
体面劳动保障涉及员工在工作过程中享有的与之相关的所有权益。员工体面劳动保障机制的形成是企业与员工的行为博弈过程,需要考虑环境、认知和心理因素的综合影响,其运行策略是约束政府和企业的行为,规范员工的行为,促使政府、企业和员工三方行为的协调一致,实现员工体面劳动。
Decent work is the availability of employment in conditions of freedom, equity, human security and dignity, which can be gradually achieved after the game between firms and employees. Environment, perception and psychological factors are needed to consider together during the process. The realization of decent work can only be achieved by regulating and coordinating the behaviors of government, firms and employees.
