摘要
概括了科学技术对农业发展的促进作用,表现在提高作物品质和产量,提高劳动效率,拓宽耕地资源等方面,同时也带来一些负面影响,如面源污染加重、土壤盐渍化、人们对农产品质量的担心等,从技术因素、人们价值取向、政治因素和成果评价等方面分析了产生负面效应的根源,提出了加强技术监控,产品检测和精准农业等降低负面效应的措施。
Positive and negative effects of science and technology on agricultural development were summarized.It can improve crop quality and yield,increase labor efficiency and broaden arable land resources.Meanwhile,it also led non-point source pollution,soil salinization,and other negative effects.The reasons were analyzed from technical factors,value orientations political aspects,and result evaluation systems.The technical monitoring,product testing and precision agriculture should be strengthened to reduce the negative effects of science and technology were also proposed.
