Risk Management Problems of Small and Medium-sized Commercial Banks and the Solutions

控制风险是商业银行的第一要事。本文以我国中小商业银行为对象,分析其在资产规模扩大、综合实力增强,但竞争压力却丝毫不减的情况下,风险管理的困惑和存在的问题,并就如何加强风险管理提出相应的改进对策。

Risk Control is the first consideration for commercial banks. In this paper, we take China＇s medium and small commercial banks as the object, analyze the risk management confusion and existing problems with the asset scale extending and the comprehensive strength enhancing, while the competitive pressure not reducing a bit, and put forward some corresponding improvement countermeasures for how to improve risk management.
