摘要
考虑闭环供应链中回收商按同一价格对废旧品进行回收,并对废旧产品进行初步处理,将废旧产品分为可维修、可拆解、可分解3类,按不同质量等级转移给制造商的情形,研究了回收渠道选择问题。假设可维修率、可分解率、可拆解率均是区间数,引入回收商的初步处理成本以及风险偏好水平,对废旧品回收过程中的价格、成本、利润进行定量分析,提出了闭环供应链优化模型。结果表明制造商的风险偏好对于制作商选择回收渠道有重要影响。
In this paper, the reverse channel selection problem in closedloop supply chain system was studied, considering the used products were recycled on the same price. After the preliminary treatment by logistics services prodder, the used products win be classified into three categories, which can be maintained, disassembled, and decomposable. At last, according to different quality levels tmnsfen-ed to the manufacturere. Assllming the maintenance rate, disassembled rate, decomposition rate is the interval number, it intrdueed the prelim;nary treatment ecst and each supply chain members' risk preference level, and also proposes dosed- loop supply chain optimization models. Based on the model, the prices, cost, profits during recycling process of used products were quantitatively analyzed, and the results revealed that the manufacturer's risk preference level has a great impact on the revevse channel selection.
