辽宁沿海经济带服务业空间集聚特征分析

Characteristics of Spatial Aggregation Services of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone

本文以辽宁沿海经济带为例,利用产业集聚测算方法对服务业空间集聚特征进行了分析。研究结果表明,近15年间,辽宁沿海经济带服务业的集聚程度不断上升,2009年辽宁沿海经济带区域集聚度位居前4位的分别是住宿和餐饮业,房地产业,信息传输、计算机服务和软件业,租赁和服务业;大连市服务业在辽宁沿海经济带中具有专业化优势,但这种优势逐年减弱;横向对比发现,辽宁沿海经济带14个服务业的集聚度大都处于中等水平,具有优势的是信息传输、计算机服务和软件业。从其影响因素来看,知识密集特征对服务业的集聚度的促进作用最为显著。

This article selects the Liaoning coastal economic belt as an examplc, analyses the characteristics of the spatial agglomeration of service industry using industry agglomeration measure method. The results of the study show that, in the last 15 years, the degree of agglomeration in Liaoning coastal economic belt rises continually, and in 2009 agglomeration in the top four degrees in Liaoning coastal economic belt were accommodation and catering trade, real estate, information transmission, computer service and software, lease and service industry; the service industry in Dalian occupies the professional advantages in Liaoning coastal economic belt, but the advantage has weakened year after year. After a horizontal comparison, we can find that the degree of agglomeration in 14 service industries are in the medium level, but the information transmission, computer service and software industry have their own advantages. From the impact factors, we can also see that knowledge intensive is the most significant role in promoting spatial agglomeration of service industry.
