矿区生态产业共生体的网络性风险研究

The Study of Network Risk of Mine Ecological Industrial Symbiosis

矿区生态产业共生体(MEIS)作为可持续发展的重要实践工具,在国内外得到快速发展并取得显著成效。但由于生态产业共生体(EIS)独特的生态化产业(网)链接属性和成长环境,造成大量不稳定风险问题逐步浮现,并且已经成为影响矿区生态产业共生体可持续发展的重要障碍。本文从产业共生体的内在网络关系视角,深入剖析了矿区生态产业共生体发展中存在的风险问题,最后就风险化解提出了促进矿区生态产业共生体持续发展的一些对策建议。

As an important implement for sustainable development, MEIS （mine ecological industrial Symbiosis） has been promoted rapidly and has made great progress inside and outside of our country. However, because of its special characteristics in ecological （network） linkages and developing environment, a large number of instable risk phenomena and problems of EIS have emerged and become severe barriers to the success of MEIS. This article gives a research on the risk of MElt, which is both in theory and practice. Finally, we give some strategies based on the risk resolution of MEIS.
