摘要 综述了近几年的一些研究结果,就水产动物抗菌肽在大肠杆菌、酵母菌、动植物等表达系统中的异源表达以及各自系统的优缺点等进行了阐述。 Some recent research achivements about antimicrobial peptides＇ heterologous expression from aquatic animals in Escherichia coli expression system,yeast expression system,animal and plant expression system and their respective advantages and disadvantages were reviewed.
