摘要
当前侵害大学生权益的主要原因有法律上的缺失,文化教育观念的影响,也与大学生自身法制意识、维权意识不强有关。保障大学生权益要从思想观念、法律保障、制度建设、自身素质和自治组织、法制宣传等方面入手。
At present,the causes of infringements of the rights of college students are mainly： the legislative deficiency,the concept of culture and education,the legal system and right awareness being not strong.Thus we should protect the rights of college students from the ideology,legal protection,system construction,self quality,autonomous organization,publicity education etc.
