摘要
言语素质应是体现在个人身上的运用语言进行口语表达的综合能力,包括言语规范、技能技巧与口才展示三个层面。言语素质的培养是一个循序渐进的过程,也是一个艰巨的系列工程。为此,从实践中逐步建立起三点贯串一线的"教学为根基、训练为主线、测试为杠杆"的提高师范生言语素质和从教技能的良性运行机制,以切实提高师范生从事教师职业必须具备的言语素质和基本职业技能。
Quality of speaking is a comprehensive ability of using language to express oneself,which includes knowledge of speaking standards,skills and techniques,and eloquence.The cultivation of speaking quality is gradual process and a systematic project.It is important and necessary to establish a mechanism in which we treat teaching as the basis,training as the core content,and assessment as a level in order to improve the speaking quality and basic professional skills of students in teachers universities.
