摘要
传统的加铜盘存电解槽槽内铝液及电流效率的方法,被认为是可信度较高的方法。但此方法存在许多缺陷,尤其是在算法技术上。本文正是在多次加铜测定实践的基础上,根据电解铝的基本原理和工艺特点,最大化地开发了电解槽的技术信息,可更精确评价、指导、矫正传统电解槽技术管理中存在的模糊性。
It is considered that the traditional inventory method of adding copper that calculate the aluminum liquid and current efficiency of aluminum reduction cell has higher reliability.However,it has a lot of defects needing to improve,especially in algorithm technology.According to the basic principle and process characteristics of electrolytic aluminum,the technological information of aluminum reduction cell was developed at maximum limit to evaluate and guide the technological management of traditional aluminum reduction cell and correct its fuzziness based on several process technological practices of calculating aluminum reduction cell by inventory method of adding copper.
