分析了某公司汽机车间2#机组发电机碳刷发热、打火故障的原因,通过增加滑环表面光洁度、对滑环凹槽及周围进行吹风处理、调整碳刷压紧力度及对碳刷进行维护管理,消除了故障,保证了机组的安排运行。

The reasons for over heating and arcing faults of generator＇s carbon brush of 2# unit in turbine workshop of a company were analyzed.The faults were eliminated and the safe running of unit were ensured by increasing finish on surface of slip ring,blowing groove of slip ring and its surrounding,adjusting compaction of carbon brush,and maintaining and managing carbon brush.
