摘要
本文以全寿命周期成本管理理论为基础,针对智能变电站与常规变电站的技术差异,分析了智能化对变电站全寿命周期成本(LCC)的影响,并引入蒙特卡罗模拟来处理LCC中未来成本的不确定性,使智能化成本效益分析的结论更加直观可靠。最后以某变电站为例,验证了方法的可行性。
Based on the theory of life cycle cost and aiming at the technical differences between intelligent substation and normal substation, the influence of intellectualization on LCC of substation was analyzed, and Monte Carlo Simulation was introduced to deal with the uncertainty of the future cost in LCC, so that the conclusions of cost-benefit analysis of intellectualization was more intuitive and reliable. Finally, case study on a substation, the feasibility of this method is proved.
