摘要
本文针对磨煤机筒体与法兰盘焊接过程中出现的裂纹问题了实验,通过对法兰盘的化学成分、硬度、金相、能谱进行测试,对筒体与法兰盘焊接过程中产生裂纹的原因进行了详尽的分析,并提出了相应的预防措施。
This paper aimed to mill barrel and flange constructed welding crack problems appeared in the process of the experiment, through to the flange constructed of chemical composition and hardness, metallurgical, energy spectrum for test, to the cylinder and flange constructed welding process of crack reason for a detailed analysis, and put forward the corresponding prevention measures.
