摘要
从积极心理学的视角分析网络游戏给青少年带来的胜任感、自主性、关联性和沉浸体验等具体的主观幸福感。青少年是受自主动机的驱动而选择网络游戏的,将受控动机"内化"为自主动机将更有利于青少年的心理发展。
This thesis analyzes in the perspective of positive psychology that online-games bring adolescents specific subjective well-beings such as sense of being capable,being self-reliable,being related and being immersed and experienced.Adolescents tend to be immersed in online games by autonomous motivation.Internalizing controlled motivation to autonomous motivation is helpful for adolescents' psychological development.
