摘要
采用调查问卷的方式,对江苏省导游员的职业倦怠水平进行调研,结果发现现阶段导游员大多存在一定程度的职业倦怠,其中不同性别、年龄、学历水平和从业年限的导游员在职业倦怠的程度上存在一定的差异。
A survey on occupational burnout of tour guides in Jiangsu Province is made by questionnaires of integrated and random sampling on the basis of the Chinese version of Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey.Findings show that most tour guides have occupational burnout to some extent and that there are somewhat differences between tour guides of different age,sex,education and working length in occupational burnout.
