关于增强职业学校学生个人发展能力的思考

Reflections on enhancing development of student's individual capability at vocational school

分析我国职业学校学生个人发展能力不足的问题及其成因,可以从加强教学改革、提高学生的自主学习能力,加强对学生思想和行为的引导、提升学生的思想进步能力,加强就业指导、增强学生个人规划能力等几个方面增强职业学校学生个人发展能力。

This thesis analyzes the problems of inadequate development of student＇s individual capability at vocational school and the causes.Countermeasures against the problems should be taken as follows： strengthening educational reforms to improve self-learning ability of students;strengthening the guidance on students＇ thinking and behavior to enhance students＇ ability of ideological progress;strengthening employment guidance to enhance students＇ planning capability.
