摘要
随着医院干部人事制度改革的深化,引入中层干部竞聘上岗机制势在必行。在实际运作中,应本着"公开、公平、公正"的原则,结合医院实际情况,合理组织,规范操作,科学考核,客观分析竞聘过程中的问题,采取有效措施,不断完善竞聘机制。
With further reform of the hospital cadre and personnel system,it is imperative to introduce the mechanism of competition to middle-level positions.In practice,we should organize the reform reasonably and appraise it scientifically on the basis of the principles of "open,fair and justifiable".We should also objectively analyze the problems in competition for positions and take effective measures to perfect the competition mechanism.
