摘要
末代农民的出现是农村劳动力转移发展到新阶段的产物。末代农民群体具有年龄偏大、外出就业困难和长期从事农业生产三个基本特征,在区域之间和产业之间存在差异,是农业与工业、农村与城市发展不协调的结果。最后提出了农业劳动力可持续发展的若干意见,以期在工业化、城市化发展的背景下能够实现农业的可持续发展。
The emergence of last generation farmers is the outcome of rural labor transfer during a new period.They are characterized by elder age,less employment opportunity and long-time agriculture work experience.The difference among regions and industries is the result of disharmonious development between agriculture and industry,and between rural and urban area.Some suggestions are put forward to realize agriculture sustainable development in the industrialization and urbanization.
