辩证视阈:大学生村官职业化与就业教育对接

摘要 运用辩证思维,在探讨大学生村官职业化角色定位新内涵的基础上,提出大学生村官的职业标准。就如何实现高校就业教育普遍性与特殊性需求相结合及相关知识与技能的对接,从就业课程内容设计群体普适性与个体指向性相结合,提出提升就业教育质量的系统对策:将提升就业教育中知识和技能的结构化认知作为个性化与普泛化知识对接的基础;用认知教育发展的"大环境、大趋势与大思路"实现村官个性化知识与就业普泛化教育的融合;充分利用现代信息技术提供的网络学习环境创新就业教学模式,开设"村官班"专业选修课。 This paper proposed a set of professional criteria based on a dialectal discussion of the new connotation of professionalism of student village official and systematic countermeasure for improving the quality of career education aiming at combining universal and particular requirements in career education and interfacing relevant knowledge and skills.College should offer elective of "student village official",which reaches out the modern information technology to create an internet leaning environment,thus providing a new teaching model based on a better interface of particularity and universality of the structuralized cognition of the needed knowledge and skills.Utilizing the mega-environment/mega-trend/mega-thought in the development of cognitive education realize an integration between the particular and the universal knowledge of the career education.
