泉州市大学生基本医疗保险运行状况调查研究

Investigation on Operation Condition of College Students' Basic Medical Insurance in Quanzhou

泉州市将大学生纳入城镇居民基本医疗保险制度一年多来,运行实效总体良好。通过对泉州市六所高校的问卷调查发现,由于该机制的运行时间较短,大学生参保的积极性不高,高校医疗服务机构的作用也没有发挥出来,大学生的大病风险依然存在。对此,为进一步完善大学生基本医保制度,政府应加大公共财政投入,提高大学生医保待遇。高校应做好医保宣传,增强大学生的医保意识。同时完善高校医疗机构的服务功能。

University students involvement in the basic medical insurance system for urban residents has been more than a year in Quanzhou,Through a questionnaire survey of six colleges and universities in Quanzhou,we found that due to the shorter running time,the enrollment enthusiasm of students is not high,the role of college health services don＇t play out and the students serious illness risks is still remain.In order to further develop students＇ basic medical insurance system,government should increase investment in public finance to improve student health insurance treatment.Colleges and universities should publicize health care to increase students＇ awareness of health care and improve the service functions of medical institutions of universities.
