贵州省丹寨县农用地流转制约因素的实证研究

An Empirical Research on Restriction Factors of Land Circulation in Danzhai County of Guizhou Province

农用地流转是实现农业现代化的重要推动力,有助于优化土地资源配置、提高土地利用效率以及促进农业产业结构调整和农民增收。随着社会的发展,农用地流转的需要很为迫切,但是诸多因素制约农用地流转。从农用地流转的主体、客体及相关方面,探讨了农用地流转的制约因素和存在的问题,并在此基础上提出一些建议,以有利于推进农用地流转,促进经济社会更好更快地发展。

Agricultural land transfer is an important impetus to realize agricultural modernization on the grounds that it helps to optimize the allocation of land resources, improve the efficiency of land use and the promotion of agricultural structure adjustment and the farmers＇income.With the development of society, the need of agricultural land circulation is very urgent, but many factors restricted agricultural land circulation.This article deeply discusses the restricted factors and existing problems of agricultural land circulation from the subject, object and related aspects.Then it puts forward some suggestions for promoting agricultural land circulation and economy for better and faster development.
