城郊农村建设中乡镇政府职能完善的对策——基于河北省邢台县南石门镇政府职能的调查

On the Countermeasures of the Perfection of the Township Government Functions in Suburban Countryside Construction

邢台县南石门镇是典型的城郊结合部。通过对该镇政府职能行使情况的调查,对当前城郊农村建设中乡镇政府职能存在的诸如对经济发展宏观指导不足、对公共服务有效供给不足、对农村建设缺乏科学引导等问题进行了分析探讨,提出了加快农村经济发展、增强公共服务职能、科学处理乡村关系等措施以推进其政府职能完善,推进城郊农村的科学发展。

Nanshimen town is the representative urban-suburban combination area in China.Based on the research of government function in Nanshimen town, Xingtai county, Hebei province, this paper analyzes the problems in the performance of the local government functions, such as the insufficiency of macroscopically guide to economic development,t he shortage of effective supply for public service and the lack of scientific guidance to rural construction.It also comes up with the countermeasures to speed up the rural economic development, to enhance the public service functions and to deal with the rural relations properly so as to boost the innovation of the current township government functions and the scientific development in suburban countryside.
