构建农业院校大学生心理危机干预体系的实证研究——以某农业大学为例

The Empirical Study about the Agricultural College Students Psychological Crisis Interfere System

在问卷调查的基础上,进行了农业院校心理危机干预体系构建实践,构建了包括心理危机预防体系、心理危机预警体系、心理危机应急处置体系、心理危机后期跟踪体系等"四位一体"的心理危机干预体系。构建心理危机预防体系,通过开设大学生心理健康教育课程、开展大学生心理健康宣传活动、加强心理辅导与咨询工作;构建心理危机预警体系,通过建立心理档案,进行预警信息评估,建立校、院、班三级管理机制,健全学生心理危机报告制度。某农业大学经过几年的研究建设,已经初步形成了完整的心理危机干预体系,为该校大学生心理健康发展提供了有利支持和保障。

The study which based on questionnaire set up psychological crisis interfere systems in agricultural university. It established ＂ four in one ＂ psychological crisis interfere systems include psychological crisis prophylaxis system, early-warning system, emergency disposal system, and later stage tracking system.The college sets psychological crisis prophylaxis system by opening college student psychological-health education, giving publicity to psychological health, improving psychology counseling; sets early-warning system by psychological files, evaluating early-warning information, setting up three-stages management frame which included college, institution and class, perfecting students psychological crisis report.The college has been forming basic and complete psychological crisis interfere systems for many years construction, and systems give support and protection to college student psychological development.
