摘要
以茜草植物染料色素的提取为出发点,选取氢氧化钠提取法,对氢氧化钠质量、固液比、粉碎度、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数等做了单因素实验及正交实验,得出最佳提取工艺为:提取温度90℃,提取时间1h,氢氧化钠质量0.2g,固液比1∶20,提取次数2次.通过媒染染色法对纯棉织物进行染色,测试了染后织物的上染率和色牢度等.
Aiming at extracting madder pigment,sodium hydroxide extraction method is adopted,and a single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment are made for the quality of sodium hydroxide,solid-liquid ratio,crushing degrees,extracting temperature,extraction time,extraction times and so on.The best extraction process by extraction temperature 90 ℃,extracting time 1 h,sodium hydroxide quality 0.2 g,solid-liquid ratio 1∶20,and extraction times twice are obtained.Cotton fabrics are dyed by mordant dyeing method.The dye up-take and color fastness are also tested.
