摘要 针对烟草制丝线SQ31型切丝机送风抽尘系统在使用过程中,部分烟丝被抽走,抽走的烟丝阻塞除尘管道,导致设备维修换件频繁的问题,通过改变送风抽尘系统的现状,消除了制丝线抽尘设备终端造成原料消耗的弊端,使该设备切削与磨刀系统故障维修时间由原来的63h/半年降低为3h/半年,同期相比节约故障维修时间60h,成效显著. Through the application of new process and new technology,current status of the ventilation and dust cleaning system of SQ31 tobacco shredding machine is modified to solve the issues appeared during the system application including lost of tobacco shreds during ventilation,blocking of the dust cleaning pipes as well as the frequent maintenance and replacement of the equipment.The application of new process and new technology addresses the shortcomings of raw material loss caused at terminal of the tobacco shredding production line,reduce the failure repair time of the cutting and grinding system of this equipment from 63 hours/half year to three hours/half year,which achieves significant effect by saving 60 hours for the failure repair in the same period.
