摘要
薪酬制度是国有企业人力资源管理与开发的核心,合理的薪酬制度能优化人力资源结构。然而,当前国有企业薪酬制度存在很多问题,国有企业改革的难点之一是薪酬改革。阐述了国有企业薪酬制度现状,基于其存在问题,探讨了优化国有企业薪酬制度改革的措施。
Salary system is the core of human resource management and development at state-owned enterprises,reasonable salary system can optimize the construction of human resource.Nowadays there exist many problems in state-owned enterprises salary system.Reforming state-owned enterprises pay reform is very difficult.The paper describes the status of state-owned enterprises salary system,and discusses the reform measures to optimize the salary system of state-owned enterprises.
