加速康复外科理念在胃癌围手术期营养支持中的应用

Application of the concepts of fast track surgery to nutritional support during the peroperative period of gastric cancer surgery

目的:探讨加速康复外科理念在胃癌围手术期营养支持中的应用效果。方法:将240例普外科收治的胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各120例,观察组实施加速康复外科指导下的围手术期营养支持,对照组实施传统的围手术期营养支持。比较两组患者术后相关评定指标和护理满意度。结果:观察组患者满意度高于对照组,肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间早于对照组,住院天数、静脉输液时间短于对照组,体重下降低于对照组。两组比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组患者术后并发症发生率比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:加速康复外科理念应用于胃癌围手术期营养支持是安全、有效的。

Objective：To investigate the effects of application of the concepts of fast track surgery（FTS） into the nutritional support in the peroperative period of gastric cancer surgery.Methods：Two hundred and forty gastric cancer patients were randomly dvided into the observation group and the control group,with 120 patients in each group.The patients in observation group were treated with nutritional support in peroperative period under the guidance of the concepts of FTS,while the ones in control group were given the support under that of the conventional one.Some related indicators and the degree of satisfaction about nursing were then evaluated.Results： In comparison to the patients in control group;the degree of satisfaction was higher,and the time when bowel sounds recovered and the first flatus appeared were earlier,and the hospital day and the intravenous infusion time were less,and the weight loss was lower in the ones in observation group.All the differences were statistically significant,with the P value0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups,however,had no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： The application of the concepts of FTS in the peroperative period of gastric cancer surgery is safe and effective.
